Our Promise

Grown, cut and kept with care.

Cut to order

Every tree is cut shortly before delivery — never weeks in advance — so it stays fresh right through the season. We only take the farms' better grade and pay them for it — a sub-par tree never ships.

Delivered to your door

£7.50 within Bedfordshire and 7 miles beyond, £1 per mile past that (up to 50 miles out). Deliveries run 17 Nov – 23 Dec — you pick the dates, we confirm your day.

Collected in January

After Twelfth Night we come back for your tree — add collection at checkout and leave it outside.

Good to know

Questions, answered.

Everything people usually ask before ordering their first fresh-cut tree.

When will my tree be delivered?

We deliver between 17 November and 23 December. At checkout you either choose 'any delivery day' or pick at least three dates — we batch deliveries by area, and once routes are planned your exact day is confirmed by email.

How fresh are the trees — when were they cut?

All trees are cut to order in batches beginning 16 November, and thanks to this batch system your tree arrives no more than 10 days after cutting. In the cut-to-delivery window your premium-grade tree is cared for using industry best practices, so it's as fresh as the day it was cut — and every purchase includes a care guide to help you keep it in great condition after delivery.

What happens if I'm not home when you deliver?

Your selected dates act as our routing guide — please choose as many as you can. No one home? Our driver follows your delivery note; with no note, the tree is left in the spot our driver judges most suitable — unless you've opted for rebooking, available for the standard redelivery fee.

Do I need a tree stand?

Trees arrive without a stand, so please have one ready for delivery day — a sturdy stand with a water reservoir is the best thing you can buy your tree.

How do I keep my tree fresh indoors?

Keep the reservoir topped up daily — a fresh tree drinks more than you'd expect, especially in the first week — and stand it away from radiators, fires and direct sun. Take it down soon after the festivities end.

What if my tree arrives in poor condition?

Your statutory rights always apply: take a photo on the day of delivery and contact us within 14 days — we check every tree before it leaves us and will replace it or refund you if it's not as it should be. Full details on the Refunds & Delivery page.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Change-of-mind refunds aren't possible: cut trees are perishable seasonal goods (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, reg. 28). Rest assured — we only ever supply premium-grade trees, never sub-standard or economy stock — so please check size, species and address before paying, and message us first if you're unsure.

How does delivery pricing work?

Delivery is £7.50 inside our zone (Bedfordshire plus a 7-mile buffer past the border). Beyond that it's £1 per extra mile, calculated automatically from your postcode and shown in your checkout total before you pay.

Where do you deliver to?

Anywhere in Bedfordshire, plus addresses up to 50 miles beyond the county border. Type your postcode at checkout to see the exact fee — orders beyond 50 miles out are politely declined.

Can I order a tree for someone else?

Yes — checkout includes a gift tree option: pick a tree and size for them, add their address and delivery dates, and we cut it fresh and deliver on their route, billed together with yours. Gifting also adds 10 free prize-draw entries — the season pot can reach £10,000.

What is the January collection?

An optional add-on at checkout: after Twelfth Night we come back for your tree — the same zone mileage as delivery (£7.50 inside the zone, £1 per mile beyond), plus a £10 handling fee — and it's locally chipped into mulch and biomass rather than left on the kerb.

Is paying online secure?

Yes — payments are handled by Stripe's secure checkout with Apple Pay and Google Pay accepted. Your card details never touch our servers, and unpaid checkouts are automatically removed after 24 hours with no tree allocated.

How does the £5 referral code work?

Every order includes a referral code. Friends who order with your code save £5 — and each paid order through it earns you 10% of our profit (after delivery costs and a 30-day hold) plus 10 prize-draw entries. Claim yours on the Refer page.

Which tree size should I pick for my room?

Measure your ceiling height and leave at least 30cm for the stand and topper. As a guide: 4–5ft suits flats and small rooms, 6–7ft suits an average living room, and 8ft is for high ceilings and hallways.
