The small print

  • No purchase necessary. Entry is free via this page; every paid tree order also receives one entry. Free entrants are treated identically to paying customers — every entry has an exactly equal chance of winning.
  • Each person holds one base entry (unique email address), however you enter. Adding a second tree for family & friends at checkout banks the buyer 10 bonus entries on top.
  • Social entries: like one of our posts for 1 entry, or share / repost for 2 entries — submit the post link on this page. Get your personal tag on this page and include it in your post caption or a comment for instant verification; without it the link goes to manual review. One verified like and one verified share/repost per platform, per person, per draw.
  • Referral entries: every paid order placed with your personal referral code banks you 10 extra entries, and the referee gets £5 off. Those entries are part of this draw; the separate 10%-of-profit referral reward is its own offer with its own payout terms on the Refer a Friend page — it does not affect your draw chances.
  • The draw closes at 23:59 on 15 December. The winner is drawn within two days using the next National Lottery draw after closing, and notified by email within 7 days.
  • One winner takes the whole season pot: £1 is added for every tree paid for — your own or a gift — capped at £10,000. The final pot is announced on this page when the draw closes and paid to the winner in cash.
  • Entrants must be 18 or over and UK residents.
  • If the winner does not respond within 14 days, we may draw another entrant.
  • How the draw works: on closing day we publish a hash of the full ticket list (one ticket per base entry, plus gift-tree bonus tickets). The winner is picked by combining it with the main numbers of the next National Lottery draw — a public seed no one can predict or rig — using a published, deterministic method (sha256 of seed + list hash, modulo total tickets). Anyone can re-run it to confirm the result.
  • We publish the masked winning entry after the draw; the winner is contacted by email.
  • Your email is used only to administer this draw and contact you if you win — never for marketing.
