When you pre-order a tree we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, and delivery address. Payment is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details, only a secure payment reference.

When you enter the prize draw (free entry) or claim a referral code, we collect your email address.

Order details are used solely to prepare and deliver your tree, keep audit records of paid orders, and contact you about your delivery.

Prize draw entries are used solely to administer the draw and notify the winner. Entry emails are never used for marketing.

Referral codes let us credit the referrer when friends order — your email ties code ownership to you.

Stripe (payment processor) receives your email to issue receipts and takes your payment details directly, subject to their own certification and security standards.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone else.

Order records are retained for the accounting window required by UK law. Prize draw entries are deleted after the draw is completed and the public verification period has passed. Abandoned, unpaid checkouts are automatically removed after 24 hours.

You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (where retention is not legally required), free of charge. Email us and we will respond within one month.

This site uses no tracking cookies — only a functional, short-lived session cookie for the admin area. There is no advertising or analytics tracking.
